Do you have any experience as staff on other servers?: Yes, I do. I was staff on many servers, most of them closed.
Why should we pick you instead of others?: I am an experienced staff member and I've been through a lot of servers helping out. I was mostly training new staff members, developing, accepting new staff to the team and so on. I might seem dodgy, but I always make justice between players. I am a nice guy to everyone until something makes me mad. I love to help people out. I really love when I can spend time on duty, but I hate when I miss some training or Physical Training that have been prepared for soldiers so in this situation I would stay in my Character then go on duty because I hate dodging training as others do. I can say that I am a veteran staff since I've been staff for my 1000 hours.

What are the definitions of the following (give examples):
RDM: Random DeathMatch - it's when a player kills someone for a bad reason or revenge kill. So, for example, Freeman will go and kills civilian for no reason.
ARDM: Attempt Random DeathMatch - it's when you try to kill someone, but you will never finish it. Dimitri will go to kill someone from Nato and will shoot In the base and then he realizes there is no raid going on so he stops.
NLR: New Life Rule - it's basically when you die, you can't return to the previous place for a certain amount of time. Frank will die in CT and he returns back after 2 mins.
FailRP: Failing to Role-Play - it's basically when you try to dodge training, Failing to comply to orders from higher-ups, basically minging around, shooting up everyone you meet. Pavlov will join the server and he decides to minge around and ruin everyone's RP, by escaping from the base and resisting arrest and so on.
CDM: Car DeathMatch - it's when you get to drive over by a car. Spaz will decide to drive in a base and takes a risk that he can drive over someone and he does that.
